The three main outputs of the research for THFC were as follows:

  • Identifying and quantifying untapped markets that will become new customers for THFC and will drive the increase in premium volume from the existing stadium to the new stadium.
  • A bankable revenue forecast based on projected volumes and prices in the premium areas at the new stadium
  • The potential demand and revenue from Season Tickets at the new stadium
