Jin Jiang Sports City Group Corporation Ltd hired Comperio Research to provide consulting services in respect of developing a residential, business, entertainment and tourism related community project in Jin Jiang Bin Hai Area.

The brief was to create a unique and appealing combination of concepts and events in order to differentiate Jin Jiang from their competitors and make them a leader in this sector. The projects aim was to attract a great number of people to the area (future residential population, local population, regional population, tourists, MICE business, Sport Tourism, etc.) and to identify the best ways to promote this unique and innovative sport and leisure area in Jin Jiang’s key markets and among Jin Jiang’s key targets.

We undertook market trends analysis, competitor benchmarking, catchment mapping, and concept testing utilising Focus Groups with Executives and families in Jin Jiang and Xiamen.

Comperio Research, through the use of qualitative market insight was able to develop and test innovative concepts, positioning and differentiating Bin Hai Area as an international level sports-leisure-resorts area.

We also tested an events strategy that enabled the developers to develop facilities that matched the requirements of their target visitors and would increase tourist traffic flow.
