Comperio Research was commissioned by the Eden Park Redevelopment Board to conduct a feasibility study to estimate the value of the commercial assets of the renovated Park, including naming and sponsorship rights, and demand for corporate boxes, open club reserves and club seats. The objective was to assess how to structure the proposed rights and product offerings in addition to providing financial modelling to optimise revenue.

The revenue potential of premium seating products was investigated using a two-phase market research programme.
